Shipping/Handling Charges And Other
Information:
Shipping is by FedEx Ground or Priority Mail unless other
arrangements are made for more expedited delivery at extra charge.
Handling fees are included in the shipping charges for shipping
within the USA. A separate handling charge has to be paid in
addition to shipping charges for foreign customers. Duty, broker
fees and foreign taxes are not included in the foreign shipping or
handling charge. We process and ship orders daily on a first-come
first-serve basis.
We do combine shipping so make us aware of multiple orders.
Return Policy:
We will accept returns of
unopened items only, in resellable condition.- Customer pays for
return shipping
Customer should request Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA)
which are valid for 10 business days from the date of issue.
Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 15% restocking fee
