HID Headlight Conversion, Light Up The Road!
What is it about being up in the driver's seat of these large Class A's that makes it seem like the headlights are dim? Well at least that is our experience. That is why we convert all our motor homes to HID (High-Intensity Discharge) lamps. If your not familiar, you have seem them on most newer luxury cars and are becoming the norm on most cars, that bright white/blue color is hard to miss. They provide about 30% more light for the same amount of power, and with the color shift towards the blue side and away from the incandescent yellowish white, you simply just see better. All we need is you bulb type and it takes just a couple of hours.

We remove your existing headlight bulbs. A wiring harness adapter is then install to mate to the HID bulb Ballast. The Ballast is then mounted in a suitable location close to the headlamp. Once both ballasts are mounted, the HID bulbs are plugged in and tested and burnt in outside of the headlight housing. Finally the bulbs are inserted into the headlamp housing and re-tested. Now if the headlamp housing has a plastic lens, we would suggest also a lens polishing to clear the lens as they do become opaque and real defeat the light from the bulb. Here we sand out the old discolored plastic that the sun has ruined, then buff and recoat the lens back to its clear glossy original clarity.
