e4ServicesInc.com uses FedEx exclusively for all its shipping. Order from Alaska, Hawaii, & PR will have an additional charge added after the order is received to adjust freight charge to current market quotation.

FedEx is used for items marked as "Free Shipping" and all U.S. ground and Canadian ground shipments. Delivery times vary and are not guaranteed, usually in 3-7 days.

International Orders: e4ServicesInc.com has customers around the globe, therefore we accept International Orders from almost every part of the world. Shipping of International Orders placed online is exclusively byFedExInternational. Payment must be by verifiable International Credit Card, shipping to a verifiable commercial address. Submitted your order with the card security strip code and issuing bank customer services phone number from the card in the comments line of the order form. The Shipped To address must be a verifiable Business Address by FedEx International as above. Delivery times are 2-3 days to reach your countries customs. The receiver will be responsible for all VAT, other taxes and duty upon receipt.

FedExInternational customers can save shipping costs by make payment by prepayment, including bank transfer or "wire", PayPal, WesternUnion or check. When funds have been received, we can be shipped by the half as expensive USPS Global Express Mail. Delivery times do vary by country but your order should reach your countries customs in 3-5 days. Your payment will NOT include any import duties and taxes. The receiver will be responsible for all VAT, other taxes and duty upon receipt.

Furthermore, e4 Services, Inc., reserves the right to change prices, discontinue products at any time without any prior notification. In addition if pricing and or availability discrepancies do arise e4 Services, Inc., reserves the right to contact the customer and inform the customer of the discrepancies and after the necessary changes have been agreed to by e4 Services, Inc., and the customer the order will be processed.

Sales Policy

  • Payment must be received before items are ship unless purchase under terms with e4 Services Inc. Companies in good standing can apply for terms by sumittal of bank and credit references to sales@e4services.com . All other sales are by credit card, company check or bank transfer.
  • International Orders. We accept the following payment/shipping combination options
    • Payment by International Credit Card is accepted by International Companies with a verifiable company shipping address and the inclusion in the note section of the online order form of the bank telephone number. These order must be shipped by FedEx International. Additional Shipping Costs will be added to the order after it is received.
    • Payment by prepayment, including electronic bank transfer (wire) or certified funds by check, are accepted but require additional time to transfer and receive the funds.
      These orders can ship by a less expensive courier, United States Postal Services Global Express Mail.  Additional Shipping Costs will be added to the order after it is received.
  • Colorado Customers will be charged 6.75% Sales Tax.
  • You are charged sales taxes based on the Sales Tax NEXUS requirements within your State or Province. Since e4ServicesInc.com is a partially owned subsidiary of BEST BUY, we have NEXUS in MULTIPLE STATES, and for this reason we are obligated to report, charge and remit sales taxes in all states where BEST BUY has a presence.
  • We reserve the right to cancel/refuse ANY order for ANY reason, as we see fit, during or at the completion of the transaction.
  • Orders from unverifiable Emails, addresses and phone numbers will not accepted.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been entered and you have received an order confirmation number, we can only cancel an order if the item is on backorder status or waiting to be entered. To request cancellation under these conditons, you must Email our Customer Service Department at sales@e4servicesinc.com. You will have to provide the order number to the customer service staff. Please be aware that if you are canceling an order that has been enter for fulfillment, a restocking fee of 20% will apply.

Guarantee

All items carry a full manufacturer warranty and carry a return warranty if DOA with a RMA number (See Return Policy below). Contact us for a RMA number before returning. Customer is responsible for all return shipping. All our Hot Swap drives, memory and CPU's are Guaranteed Compatible or your money back!

New Product Limited Warranty
e4ServicesInc.com makes no representation, warranty or guaranty, express or implied regarding the Products except its standard form of limited warranty ("Limited Warranty"). e4ServicesInc.com may in its sole discretion modify its Limited Warranty at any time and from time to time.
Beginning on the date of shipment to its direct customer and continuing for the published warranty period, e4ServicesInc.com represents that the Products are new or, if they contain remanufactured or used components, are the equivalent of new in performance and reliability and warrants that each Product failing to function properly under normal use, due to a defect in materials or workmanship or due to nonconformance to the agreed upon specifications, will be repaired or exchanged, at e4ServicesInc.com's option and expense.
Customer will obtain a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number from sales@e4ServicesInc.com prior to returning the nonconforming Product freight prepaid. e4ServicesInc.com will pay for transporting the repaired or exchanged Product to Customer.
Repaired, replaced or exchanged Product will be warranted for the repair warranty period in effect as of the date the repaired, exchanged or replaced Product is shipped by e4ServicesInc.com, or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer. This Limited Warranty extends to e4ServicesInc.com's direct customer only and is not assignable or transferable.

Warranty Disclaimer
Except as set forth in writing in the Limited Warranty, e4ServicesInc.com makes no performance representations, warranties, or guarantees, either express or implied, oral or written, with respect to the Products, including without limitation any implied warranty (a) of merchantability, (b) of fitness for a particular purpose, or (c) arising from course of performance, course of dealing, or usage of trade.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall e4ServicesInc.com be liable for costs of procurement of substitute goods by anyone or for loss of data, nor will it be liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising out of the purchase, use or performance of the Product, and whether or not it has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing allocation of risk is reflected in the price of the Product.

Return Policy

    For all returns:
All exchanges and returns must be received at our warehouse no more than 30 days from the date the item was shipped to you. To accomplish this, you must obtain a return authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department at sales@e4services.com within 20 calendar days of the ship date to you, thereby allowing sufficient time for the product to be returned by less costly shipping, such as UPS Ground.

Returns received beyond 30 calendar days from the date of original issuance of RMA number will be rejected and will be returned to you. You are responsible for paying shipping charges for returning product to e4Services. e4Services has the right to refuse any return due to: expired RMA number, physical damage, no RMA number on shipping label, or missing parts (including packaging).

    Non-defective product:
We do not accept any opened Non-defective product back. We will as a courtesy to our customer exchange or refund unopened non-defective product within 7 days of your order at our discretion. For unopened non-defective products, the Company does not accept return of sold products after seven (7) days from the Company's invoice date, nor does the Company refund or credit back the purchase money after the above-mentioned period of time. To qualify for the refund or credit back, purchaser must notify the Company timely and within the above mentioned period, obtain proper authorization from the Company, and at the purchaser's expenses deliver the products to the Company's Warehouse within 10 business days of issuing of the RMA. Refunds or credit back on unopened non-defective products shall be limited to the price of the actual products only, not including shipping and handling expenses of the purchaser, and the Company shall apply a twenty percent to fifty percent (20-50%)Restocking Charge against the purchaser."

    Defective Product
DOA - within 7-day from our shipping date Products claimed defective within the DOA period would be replaced immediately (shipping charge is non-refundable). We will not charge freight again for the replacement parts return to you. However the product will be shipped back to you UPS ground (7day shipping). If you want any expedited service you must pay the difference between the ground charge and the shipping method you are requesting. Please call customer service to make these arrangements. .

After DOA period and within 30 days from our shipping date Products claimed defective after the DOA period will be tested and repaired or replaced only. We will not charge freight again for the replacement parts return to you After 30 days from our shipping date Defective products outside the 30 calendar days window must be return with RMA for testing, repair or replacement. The period for replacement will depend on the nature of the failure, but will not be immediate. Evaluation and repair can take up to 90 days. If a replacement is required, the customer should provide an purchase request and valid charge card with the RMA for e4ServicesInc.com to provide a replacement part. The order will be processed immediately and credit for the RMA will be applied your account at the resolution of the RMA or the repair part will be returned to you at the customers discretion. 

After 3 years from our shipping date Defective products outside of our 3-year warrantee period must be returned directly to the manufacturer by you.
    Refurbished products:
Refurbished products carry a 90 day Warranty against failure. Since these products are not new, but in used condition and only refurbished to operating condition, minor defects are to be expected. Scratchs, defects and normal wear that do not hinder the operation are not warrantied. We do not accept any opened Non-defective refurbished products for return, only for repair. For unopened non-defective products, the previous "unopened non-defective products" statement applys. Refunds or credit back on refurbed products shall be limited to the price of the actual products only, not including shipping and handling expenses of the purchaser, and the Company shall apply a twenty percent to fifty percent (20-50%)Restocking Charge against the purchaser.
