Enter your information where; your shipping information is the Service Call location and the Billing info is the billing address for your credit card. In the Notes area enter any special needs you may have such as times you are NOT available
Your credit card will NOT be charged at this time, only authorized. The $10 charge will be credited towards your final service bill
Once the order is receive, your service technician will reply to you to confirm the time and order, as well as an additional information about what your service needs are, THATS IT

Once the evaluation is complete, the Technician will contact you by Email or phone with a report
All additional service time is billed at $75/hour plus parts.
